Annual Speech Day
The Annual Speech Day is a programme that holds once every year, providing students with a unique platform to express their ideas, talents, and confidence in public speaking. During this programme, students are allowed to choose topics of their interest from approved areas as specified by the school.
Participating students are expected to adequately prepare on their chosen topics and present their speeches openly before the entire school community, as well as invited guests. This exercise helps to develop students’ communication skills, critical thinking, confidence, and leadership qualities.
The programme is solely sponsored by the School Country Director, Distinguished Senator Lanre Tejuoso, and outstanding participants are rewarded with prizes in recognition of excellence and outstanding performance.
